LA CROSSE SCALE
La Crosse Scale was established in 1948 and quickly created a reputation for superior service and products. A leader in weighing systems, La Crosse Scale has evolved from simply offering scale hardware and service, to also providing custom weighing solutions across all industries. La Crosse Scale was added to our family of scale companies in 2011.
WISCALE
WIScale was established in 1995 with a commitment to providing superior products and services in the pursuit of creating a mutually beneficial synergy. Located in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, WIScale is a primary distributor of Rice Lake Weighing Systems equipment to provide weighing solutions for light, medium, and heavy capacities, product sales, rentals, and product leasing. WIScale was added to our family of scale companies in 2018.
ROGAN SCALE
Rogan Scale was established in 1964 and quickly became a leader in weighing systems in the Quad City region of Iowa. As a distributor of Mettler Toledo, Rogan Scale provides sales, service, installation, calibration, and certification of scales and weighing systems. Rogan Scale was added to our family of scale companies in 2019.
VALLEY SCALE
Valley Scale Service was established in 1965 with the goal to serve industrial, retail, and individual customers throughout Northcentral Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Over the years, Valley Scale established a track record of success through outstanding products and services. Valley Scale Service was added to our family of scale companies in 2023.
United Scale
Founded in 1962, United Scale & Engineering is an independent scale dealer with offices in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. It offers a wide range of weighing solutions, from lab balances to heavy-capacity truck scales. The company is known for its commitment to customer service and expertise in providing customized weighing solutions.
La Crosse Scale, Rogan Scale, Valley Scale, WIScale, and United Scale are all owned by Nesnah Ventures, a private equity firm with a long-term focus. This family-owned business actively manages a portfolio that includes a diverse array of businesses in many sectors, including weighing systems.
In June 2023, La Crosse Scale, Rogan Scale, Valley Scale, and WIScale came together to do business as one united brand: UniFide CST. United Scale joined the team in 2024. This new brand is the next evolution for our family of scale companies, bringing together our tremendous legacy of products and services.

UniFide CST is committed to being recognized as the best provider of testing and calibration service in the eyes of our customers, employees, and suppliers. This is achieved through implementation of our policies, procedures, and work instructions and through our commitment to continually improve our quality management system. All employees performing calibration activities are trained on and expected to know the appropriate and recognized procedure. All personnel strive to meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Service (laboratory) activities and documentation meet ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines for all customers whose quality systems require conformance to ISO/IEC 17025.
